Best build
Lou is a very strong Brawler, especially with his Hypercharge. His Hypothermia Star Power makes the opponent less dangerous and gives the advantage to your team during the fight. His Cryo Syrup Gadget is extremely powerful. With this build, you’ll have opportunities to stun one or several enemies and have an easy kill so don’t hesitate to spam it ! Use the Damage gear to deals more damage. Finally, the Super Charge Gear allows you to have your Super and your Hypercharge faster, and that is really useful.

The Supercool Star Power is weaker than the other one but it allows you to freeze your opponents faster. The Ice Block Gadget is also much weaker than the other one but it can save you from a deadly shot and this gadget makes Lou a less offensive Brawler.

Lou attacks with 3 snow cones that deals 880 damage each for a total of 2640 damage. Each snow cones fills a freeze meter that can freeze the enemy for 1.5 seconds when fully charged. Lou needs 7 hits (2,3 full attacks) in order to freeze an enemy and the freeze meter slowy decrease over time when the enemy is not touched by Lou’s attack or Super.
Super
Lou’s Super is a slipery area that deals 80 Damage per second and fills the enemy’s freeze meter over time. The enemies inside Lou’s Super will have difficulties to change direction and they will become easy targets for you or your teammates.
Slushie Storm
Lou’s Super instantly freezes the enemies inside his Super. With his Hypercharge, Lou gets a deadly Super and he can easily get 2 Super during his Hypercharge. Lou also get +30% Speed, +25% Damage and +15% Shield.
ICE BLOCK
Lou is invulnerable and can’t move for 1.0 seconds. This Gadget can be usefull to dodge an enemy’s Attack or Super and you should time it perfectly if you want it to be efficient. The downside of this Gadget is that your enemy can easily preshot you when your gadget is over.
CRYO SYRUP
Lou adds 50% freeze meter to every opponents inside his Super. This Gadget is an easy kill for Lou when the enemy have at least 50% full freeze meter. Even with a small freeze meter, Lou will freeze the opponent with his next attack. You can use this Gadget to assure yourself or your teammates a kill but you can also use it to cancel an enemy’s Super.
SUPERCOOL
The opponents that are on the slipery area get frozen 33% faster. With this Star Power, your opponent will be frozen in about 6,5 seconds and without it, it would take about 8,5 seconds ( without shooting your enemy).
HYPOTHERMIA
Your opponents will deal less Damage depending on how frozen they are. The maximum damage reduction is 50% when the freeze meter is almost at maximum.
This Star Power is a great way to take the advantage during fights because your enemies will be less dangerous. With this Star Power, Lou is a more Controller Brawler.

GET TWO SUPER IN A ROW DURING YOUR HYPERCHARGE
When you have your Hypercharge, use your Super to freeze instantly your opponent and then hit your enemy with two full attacks + one hit and you will have your Super back during the same Hypercharge. You can then instantly freeze an other enemy.
