Chuck
Best build

The best build for Chuck is the Pit Stop Star Power and the Rerouting Gadget. You’ll always have value with Pit Stop, because the fourth Post enables you to have more range with your Super, cover more area and have more flexibility to surprise your enemies and hit them with the train. Pit Stop is absolutely needed in Hot zone and Gem’s Grab. Rerouting is very strong in Heist, enables you to deal damage more easily to the safe or even place a Post near the enemy safe quicker in the game. It’s also useful if you misplaced a Post. In terms of gears, you should most of the time use the damage gear, especially in Heist, because Chuck will often have few HP. As the second gear, the Health one fits Chuck very well, since he needs to recover before using his Super, and this gear will save you many seconds every game.

Other build

The “Tickets Please !” Star Power is actually pretty strong in many maps. Enemies touched by your Super won’t have much ammo and won’t be able to kill you before you get another Super. It might be better than Pit Stop in most Heist maps and in Knockout, but it really depends on the map you’re playing. The Ghost Train Gadget is also very good, especially in closed maps. It enables you to surprise enemies by using a different path than the usual one. Most Hot zone maps are well-designed for this Gadget.

Chuck
Brawl Stars Guide

attack
Chuck throws 3 clouds of steam at the enemies, each one dealing up to 1080 damage at close range. At max range, the clouds only deal 540 damage. Chuck deals pretty consistent at close range, making him one of the best Brawlers in Heist. However, it’s hard to touch enemies with his main attack.
Super
Chuck can use his Super 2 different ways : he can either place a post on the ground (you have to aim) or use his existing Posts to drive his train (auto-aim). He can have at maximum 3 posts on the ground. If he places one more, the oldest one will disappear. If a Post hits an enemy, they’re pushed back. When using his train, Chuck rushes to the closest post in his range (if there’s not, he will put a Post on the closest enemy) and drives from Post to Post, as long as they’re in the range of the train. Chuck gets 50% less damage when using his train.
Traits
Chuck charges his Super over time. Without charging his Super from his attacks or his train, he charges a Super in 5 seconds, which is really fast.
Chuck Gadget 01

Rerouting

The closest Post in range of the train disappears and you get your Super back instantly. You cannot use this Gadget is there are no Posts near you, or if the Post is behind a wall. This Gadget can be useful in Heist to deal more damage.
Chuck Gadget 02

Ghost Train

Chuck’s next Super will go through walls. Usually, the train will follow the Posts as long as they’re not too far away from the others and as long as there are no walls between them. But with this Gadget, the second restriction doesn’t apply anymore, surprising enemies that expected you to take the usual path !
Chuck Star Power 01

Pit Stop

Chuck can have 4 Posts at the same time on the map instead of 3. With 4 Posts, you can create a longer path (in Heist mostly), or a less predictable one. This Star Power makes Chuck very flexible because he relies a lot on his Super.
Chuck Star Power 02

Tickets Please !

Every time an enemy is hit by Chuck’s train, they lose 33% of their ammo and Chuck gets it. It’s extremely strong in Heist, because Chuck has a slow reload speed. If he touches enemies with the train, he will have full ammo when arriving on the safe, and will be able to deal tons of damage !

Chuck
Brawl Stars Pro tips

In Heist, always rush with your Super on the safe.

Chuck is mostly played in Heist. Place your posts to make a path to the safe, and use your Super to make huge damage to the safe ! Your only goal will be to rush the safe, it doesn’t matter if enemies kill you repeatedly.

Use your first gadget at the end of the game to get more damage

In Heist again, when the enemy safe is under 15%, you can use your second gadget to remove the closest post and get quickly your Super back to rush the safe again ! It will surprise enemies and you’ll finish the safe a few seconds earlier.

In other modes, put your posts in the center

Chuck can be efficient in some maps in Hot zone and Gem’s Grab. You should all your posts close from the middle of the map to apply pressure easily. Try also to create a surprising path, so that enemies won’t expect where you stop.

Use your first Gadget in Heist to place your furthest Post

Good players in Heist will prevent you from placing a Post on their safe, because they’ll know you rely on that Post to deal damage to the safe. But when using Rerouting, you can place your 2 first Posts only, use your Train and quickly use the Gadget to remove one of the Post and place immediately another one on the enemy safe. If done correctly, enemies don’t have time to kill you before you place the Post.
