Other build
The Record Smash Star Power is very effective in Heist, enabling you to excel as a safe killer. Always choose this Star Power in this mode. The Presto Gadget is not particularly strong; the other one is better in any mode. You can opt for Health Gear instead of Damage, depending on your play style as a Mico player. Since his best gadget is very strong, you can pick Gadget Cooldown if you want.

Mico Brawl Stars Guide
attack
Mico executes an acrobatic assault, utilizing his microphone boom to propel himself into the air and cover a concise distance. Upon touching down, he inflicts 2280 damage. While airborne, Mico enjoys full immunity to all forms of damage, with the exception of status effects and sustained damage over time.
Super
With a brief 1-second delay, Mico launches into the air for a duration of 6 seconds, delivering 2380 damage and pushing back adversaries upon landing. The area of effect expands progressively, offering Mico the opportunity to reload and regenerate health through auto-regeneration. He remains impervious to all forms of damage, excluding status effects and damage over time. Yet, it’s crucial to note that Mico becomes stationary during the execution of his Super, and any interruption such as a stun, pull, or knockback during the initial delay will cancel the entire Super.
SOUND CHECK
Upon activation, Mico’s next Super delivers a 1.5-second stun to enemies caught in its explosion. Additionally, he receives a 25% boost in damage and shield, along with a 20% increase in speed. With this hypercharge, Mico transforms into an almost unstoppable assassin.
PRESTO
When activated, Mico experiences a 34% increase in his next attack range. A distinctive Gadget symbol illuminates above Mico’s head, indicating the activation of this ability, accompanied by a glowing attack joystick. The cooldown for this Gadget initiates after the attack is executed. Use it to attack enemies and catch them off-guard.
CLIPPING SCREAM
Upon activation of this Gadget, Mico unleashes three long-ranged projectiles. These projectiles not only inflict damage upon contact with enemies but also induce a 2-second slowing effect. Each individual projectile deals 545 damage, and if all three hit, the cumulative impact reaches a total of 1635 damage. Use it to finish off enemies or to slow down enemies trying to escape.
MONKEY BUSINESS
Mico gains a bar that takes 5 seconds to charge up. When fully charged, Mico’s next attack against an enemy Brawler results in the loss of one-third of their ammo. Simultaneously, Mico adds one-third of the stolen ammo to his own ammo bar. If an enemy Brawler’s ammo bar is already empty, Mico won’t gain additional ammo even if his attack connects. However, Mico can still deplete enemies’ ammo even when his own ammo bar is full. It’s important to note that the bar resets if Mico fails to hit a target. This Star Power enhances Mico’s role as a lethal assassin. By weakening the enemy he is becoming much stronger.
RECORD SMASH
This Star Power amplifies Mico’s attacks against all spawnable entities, including Nita’s bear, Jessie’s turret, Showdown boxes, and even the Heist safe! This particular Star Power holds significant potential in Heist matches, allowing you to become a formidable force.
Mico Brawl Stars Pro tips
WAIT LAST SECOND TO USE YOUR SUPER WHILE HYPERCHARGED
If you use your Super while hypercharged, your hypercharge will expire upon landing. It is advisable to utilize your hypercharge to apply pressure on enemies or eliminate them. Then, deploy your Super just as the hypercharge is about to expire. This strategy allows you to regain almost full health and replenish your ammo upon landing while retaining the Super bonus.
IN HEIST, STAY ALIVE AT ALL COSTS
In Heist, with RECORD SMASH, enemies can’t afford to let you reach their safe. If you can skillfully stay alive, you become a nightmare for them. Apply pressure on enemies and always try to stay alive. Enemy brawlers will not be able to attack your safe.
USE WALLS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE
Mico is vulnerable when out in the open, so always try to stay close to walls and strike when your target is unable to respond. Dodge their attacks using walls and capitalize on the opportunity to hit them when they have few ammo left and are vulnerable.
