The Star Power “Energize” is the best one for Jessie. Indeed, you can shoot on Scrappy to keep it alive so that it can continue shooting on enemies. This strategy is really strong in Heist. You force enemies to waste their ammo on the turret to go forward. In term of Gadgets, the “Spark Plug” one is really powerful to get huge value on your turret. Enemies that are slowed down can’t dodge Scrappy’s shoots. The Damage gear is really needed when playing Jessie, because she deals massive damage, and the Speed gear is also useful to surprise low DPS enemies.
Spark Plug
Jessie triggers a shockwave from her turret, slowing down all enemies within its area of effect.

Other build
The Star Power “Shocky” is very strong when you’re playing low trophies, because the bounces of the turret will hit several enemies. But experienced players will know how to play against your turret, and this Star Power will be a bit useless. However, it remains really strong if you’re playing against Brawlers that have pets or objects because it will hit everyone at the same time. The Gadget “Recoil Spring” is absolutely needed if you play in Heist, because your turret will deal massive damage to the safe if not defended. But in other modes, the other Gadget remains way better. In Heist also, use the Pet Power gear instead of the Speed one to get crazy damage with Scrappy on the safe.
Recoil Spring
Scrappy’s attack speed is doubled for 5 seconds.
Shocky
Scrappy the turret now shoots energy orbs that bounce between enemies. The orbs’ range after a bounce is 51% of normal range.

Jessie Brawl Stars Guide
attack
Jessie throws energy orbs that bounce up to three times, targeting the closest enemy in range. At each bounce, the orb deals 25% less damage. The first hit deals 2120 damage. Jessie can destroy the enemy team with her main attack if they are bundled, especially if your teammates are shooting at them at the same time.
Super
Jessie places a turret with 7200 HP that deals 520 damage per attack. The speed attack of the turret is really huge, so it deals massive damage (1733 per second) if the enemies don’t dodge. The turret is really efficient to destroy objects and pets, especially the safe in Heist, and to control an area of the map, enabling your allies and yourself to move forward.
Scrappy 2.0
When activated, Jessie gets +30% speed, +20% damage and shield. Moreover, the turret become way stronger (+50% health and +20% damage). If you place your turret while Hypercharge activated, the turret will stay “hypercharged” until its death, even if Jessie isn’t hypercharged anymore !
SPARK PLUG
Enemies around the turret and in the range of this Gadget are slowed down for a few seconds. The slow down effect is huge and enemies can’t dodge Scrappy’s shoots (or your allies’). You can easily get 1 or 2 kills each time you use this Gadget, it’s really game changer.
RECOIL SPRING
Scrappy’s speed attack doubles for the next 5 seconds. This Gadget is over-powered in Heist or Siege because your turret, if not defended, will deal 3466 damage per second to the safe, and even more with the Pet Power gear or the Hypercharge ! It forces the enemies to destroy the turret quickly, and maybe use Gadgets or Supers on it. They may have to tank some shoots of Scrappy, and charge it back.
ENERGIZE
Jessie can heal her turret by shooting on it (1060 per hit). Jessie’s power relies a lot on her turret, and this Star Power enables her to keep it alive for more seconds, that’s why it’s really useful. Moreover, when you shoot on the turret, it will bounce on the enemies and deal as much damage as a normal attack would, and you might hit enemies that were not even in your range !
SHOCKY
Just like Jessie’s attack, Scrappy can now shoot energy orbs that bounce between enemies. Unlike Jessie, the damage after bounces is the same, but the range gets lower by 49%. This Star Power might be useful when enemies are bundled, or in Heist, when they have to defend the safe. Indeed, they can’t tank Scrappy’s shoots anymore, because it will bounce on the safe anyway.
Jessie Brawl Stars Pro tips
IN HEIST, PLACE SCRAPPY ALWAYS CLOSE TO THE SAFE
Jessie’s turret can’t be ignored when it’s on the safe. Combined with Hypercharge, the turret has almost 10 000 HP, which makes it difficult to destroy. If you heal it at the same time, you will get huge damage on the safe and win the game. Plus, the bounces between enemies might charge you another Super to place again on the safe.
PLACE YOUR TURRET IN OPEN AREAS WHEN FACING TANKS
Short range brawlers will struggle against the turret. If you place it in open areas, it will shoot on the enemies and they won’t be able to destroy it. This is an easy way to cycle Supers against tanks and keep control on the middle during the entire game.
SUPER AND SPARK PLUG ON LOW HP BRAWLERS
When you’re facing low HP brawlers, throw the turret right on them and activate your Gadget “Spark Plug”. Scrappy will kill them in a few seconds and they can’t do anything (and it will charge you another Super). Even against high DPS brawlers, you can use the same strategy. Even if Scrappy dies quickly, the slown down effect will stay and enable you to kill them easily.
