The best build for Moe is the Skipping Stones Star Power and the Dodgy Digging Gadget. With this Star Power, your attack will deal much more damage almost every time, especially at long range. The Gadget “Dodgy Digging” is really efficient to get your Super back really quickly, which is something important for Moe, because he can finish kills, play aggressive or counter Assassins with his Super. In terms of gears, the best ones are the Damage and the Shield gears, to improve your damage and HP.
Dodgy Digging
Moe digs up some 'borrowed' goods, increasing his Super charge rate by 50% for 5 seconds
DAMAGE
Deals 15% EXTRA DAMAGE when your brawler is below 50% health
Skipping Stones
Moe’s basic attacks bounce one more time. The range of the attack remains the same
SHIELD
Gain extra 900 HEALTH as a consumable shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health
The Star Power “Speeding Tick” is not so bad, especially if you like to play in the drill form. You’ll be able to catch enemies easily if they try to escape. But since the drill is mostly used to finish kills, the speed boost is not that great. The Gadget “Rat Race” is ok, it can be useful against Throwers or to cancel enemy abilities, but most of the time you won’t use it. The Vision gear should be used instead of the Shield one in bushy maps, to deal with tanks and Assassins easily and not get surprised by them, especially when you don’t have your Super.
Rat Race
Moe dashes a short distance in his Driller, destroying walls in the process
Speeding Ticket
Moe’s Driller has increased travel speed while drilling underground

REVEAL opponents for 2 seconds after dealing damage to them

Moe Brawl Stars Guide
attack
Moe throws a rock that divides into four smaller rocks. Each attack can deal 4000 damage, but generally, only one or two rocks will hit the targeted enemy, each dealing 1000 damage. Moe’s attack doesn’t seem that strong at first sight, but it can be really surprising and take down any brawler if they approach too much. The attack is really hard to dodge, but there still exists a safe range for enemies to be almost sure to be hit only by one rock.
Super
Moe jumps in his drill. If you auto aimed, the drill will rush the closest enemy. If not, it will reach the area you aimed, but always with the same range. The drill rushes underground at first, dealing 1200 damage to any enemy over it. It also deals 1200 extra damage at landing. Once the drill reaches its destination, it will last 5 seconds, unless Moe decides to use his Super again and go back to his original form. The drill is very fast and deals huge damage, but with a tiny range.
Dodgy Digging
Moe’s Super charge rate is increased by 50% for 5 seconds. Use it when you don’t have your Super and when you’re in the middle of a fight, so that you can quickly get your drill back and win your 1v1.
Rat Race
The drill dashes forward and destroys walls in the process. It also stuns enemies, so it can be useful to cancel their abilities. This Gadget can only be used when the drill is active. This is mostly used for 2 purposes : closing the gap with an enemy you’re about to kill, or destroy a wall in the enemy side.
Skipping Stones
Moe’s basic attack bounces one more time. This doesn’t improve his range, but it adds damage and is pretty strong overall.
Speeding Ticket
The drill becomes even faster. This Star Power is very efficient when facing throwers, because you can actually stay in your drill, dodge easily and reach them quickly to kill them at close range.
Moe Brawl Stars Pro tips
Don't stay in the drill !
Being in the drill makes Moe very vulnerable. Once you jumped on an enemy and killed them with the drill, use your Super to get back your normal form.
3 ammos back instantly with your Super
When needed, you can use your drill just next to you, and quickly activate again your Super to get your normal form back. You will instantly have all your ammo.
Auto-aim your Super at close range
You can even auto aim it at long range, it will always reach the closest enemy, the drill is very fast. The auto aim doesn’t work when your enemy is behind a wall.
