The optimal build for Nani includes the Autofocus Star Power, which makes securing kills easy once you have your Super. Pair it with the Return to Sender Gadget to resist more shots and gain an edge in marksman duels. As you always use Nani in passive mode, use Shield and Health Gear.
RETURN TO SENDER
For the next 2 seconds, the first time Nani takes damage from an enemy, 80% of the damage is returned to the enemy
SHIELD
Gain extra 900 HEALTH as a consumable shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health
AUTOFOCUS
Peep deals up to 2000 extra damage based on his travel distance
The Tempered Steel Star Power shines in offensive game modes like Brawl Ball, where gaining an advantage with Autofocus is less likely. If you’re facing numerous assassin brawlers, Warp Blast can be your choice, given Return to Sender is particularly effective against marksman brawlers. You can use the Super Charge Gear if you want to have your super with one less shot.
WARP BLAST
Nani detonates Peep and teleports to his last location
TEMPERED STEEL
Nani takes 80% less damage while her Super is active

Nani Brawl Stars Guide
attack
Nani’s attack fires three light orbs that spread out in a cone formation before converging on the intended targets. Each orb inflicts 1480 damage on the enemies they strike. To maximize your impact, try to predict the enemy’s movements to ensure all three orbs connect.
Super
Nani’s Super launches Peep. When Peep is launched, Nani can’t move until Peep returns. Peep blows up when it touches an enemy or a wall, causing 3600 damage, obliterating nearby obstacles, and pushing back nearby enemies. If Peep doesn’t reach an enemy or wall within 10 seconds, it self-destructs. Peep also gets faster over time, making it trickier to control. It’s best to use it when enemies can’t reach you, as Nani is an easy target while Peep is active.
BIG PEEP
When activated, Peep grows in size the further he travels, and deals increased amounts of damage if he hits an enemy. Nani also gains a 25% speed boost, a 25% damage boost, as well as a 5% shield boost.
WARP BLAST
Nani’s gadget, Warp Blast, allows her to teleport to Peep’s location, which results in Peep’s vanishing. Use it to escape from danger, or to position yourself very close to an enemy you can finish off or eliminate with a single shot.
RETURN TO SENDER
When Nani activates Return To Sender, she gets a protective shield for 2 seconds. If she gets hit during this time, she only takes 20% of the damage, and the remaining 80% is sent back to the enemy as a visible projectile. It’s best to use this ability when you anticipate a strong projectile heading your way.
AUTOFOCUS
Peep’s damage increases the farther it travels. For each second that goes by after activation, Peep adds 200 extra damage, up to a maximum of 2000 additional damage if it travels for the full 10 seconds.
TEMPERED STEEL
When Peep is active, Nani gains a shield that diminishes incoming damage by 80%. Nani loses her shield when Peep is destroyed. Utilize this Star Power when you frequently use you Super in perilous positions.
